Repair services

Please use the button below (“Repair button”) to contact us regarding product repairs.

In order to response to you in the most efficient way, please provide us with detailed information regarding your repair inquiry.
This information shall include at least the following information:

1) Name

2) Phone number

3) Email address

4) Repair content (Which product? Which material? Which part? )

5) Reference data (please attach if available)

* Please note that repair services in general take about one month to one and half month but it may take about two months due to congestion of our customer service and repair factory, in particular during holiday season.

* Regarding the Golden Week Holiday season, we will close our service from April 28th 12:00 pm to May 8th 10 am. Due to the amount of inquiries , it might take a while to get back to you.
